The practice of rest can be trained and learned, and we get better at being still and faster at emptying the mind the more we practice. By immersing yourself into five hours of restorative practice, you will find bliss and freedom your mind and body rarely experience before.
In this workshop we will approach Yin Yoga in a new, pragmatic and functional way.
We combine active, mobility-based exercises with stillness and meditative aspect that aims to not only increase flexibility, but also strengthen and improve control towards various body parts.
We will become more in touch with our unique body through isolated poses and movements, and we will also be more in touch with our mind by allowing ourselves the time and freedom to explore.
By immersing yourself into 7 hours of restorative practice, you will find bliss and freedom in a way your mind and body have rarely experienced before. These three sessions are suggested to be taken as a whole to get the most benefits, but if time is limited, you are more than welcome to take one/two session(s) to get the taste of this lovely, delicious practice.
