A experience based 2.5 hour workshop that combines mobility training principles with conventional yoga poses. Focusing on fully realising the more “basic” poses and exercises, you will learn unique and effective ways to add into your yoga classes and personal practices. These mobility exercises are progression based and is completely accessible for students of all of ages and abilities. Exercise hand outs and resources page will be provided to help you remember and organise your practice.

In this class we will combine functional mobility drills, traditional yoga movements and contortionist exercises to activate the whole back line of your body. There will be a small amount of theory outlining the fundamental conditions of a healthy, happy, deep and stunning backbend. The exercises in this flow master class are “drill-base” that can be utilised in your practice and classes immediately. Hand out and resources page will be provided during the workshop.

2.5 hours of pure bliss of restful, comforting, delicious poses that makes you go hmmmmm. In restorative we practice embracing silence and space. By putting our bodies in comfortable and supported positions we allow the mind to have space to quiet down and find the stillness within.
Gentle suggestions and guidance will be given to help mentalise the experience. There will also be a lot of hands on adjustments to make sure you are the most comfortable you could be.
Students of all levels are welcomed, beginners will find their taste for stillness and space whereas experienced practitioners will be able to explore deeper layers in their minds.

We will work on building upon our restorative experiences.
The practice of rest can be trained and learned, and we get better at being still and faster at emptying the mind the more we practice. By immersing yourself into five hours of restorative practice, you will find bliss and freedom your mind and body rarely experience before.
These sessions are suggested to be taken as a whole to get the most benefits, but if time is limited, you are more than welcome to take one session to get the taste of this lovely, delicious practice.

Afternoon Session

In this workshop we will approach Yin Yoga in a new, pragmatic and functional way.
We combine active, mobility-based exercises with stillness and meditative aspect that aims to not only increase flexibility, but also strengthen and improve control towards various body parts.
We will become more in touch with our unique body through isolated poses and movements, and we will also be more in touch with our mind by allowing ourselves the time and freedom to explore.
